Warranty & Part Condition
Kerri’s Rebel Worx does its best to describe each part honestly and accurately, including known condition details, visible wear, and available photos.
Unless otherwise stated, parts are sold based on their condition at the time of sale. Used parts are generally sold as-is and do not include a warranty, guarantee, or promise of future performance.
If a part includes a manufacturer warranty, that warranty is handled by the manufacturer and may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms, requirements, and approval process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, please contact Kerri’s Rebel Worx as soon as possible.
Customers may be asked to provide photos of the item, packaging, and order details so the issue can be reviewed. Damaged or incorrect item claims will be handled based on the situation.
New Parts
New parts may be eligible for return for store credit only if they are unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by Kerri’s Rebel Worx or agreed to before purchase.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and reviewed.
Electrical Components
However, because electrical parts can be affected by installation, wiring, voltage issues, bike condition, handling, or other factors outside of our control, electrical components are sold as-is with no implied warranty once purchased or installed.
Customers are encouraged to ask questions before ordering electrical parts and to confirm that the part is appropriate for their motorcycle and installation needs.
Refunds & Store Credit Timing
Approved store credit or refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and reviewed, or after the issue has otherwise been confirmed.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to confirm bike year, model, photos, part numbers, measurements, and other part details before purchasing.
Kerri will help when possible, but the buyer is responsible for providing accurate bike and part information before placing an order. Kerri’s Rebel Worx is not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate fitment information provided by the customer.
